E-Commerce Specialist  

Coquitlam, BC 

Job Summary:  

We are seeking an in house E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for listing and selling various parts on eBay and other online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Create and manage product listings from start to finish on eBay, Craigslist, Marketplace and other e-commerce platforms.  

- Optimize product descriptions, titles, and images to improve visibility and attract buyers.  

- Analyze current market trends and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies for both new and used items. This includes researching similar products, keeping an eye on seasonal price fluctuations, and utilizing tools and resources to monitor market demand. The candidate should be skilled in adjusting prices dynamically to maximize profit margins while remaining competitive.  

- Maintain an organized spreadsheet of all listed items, including details like listing location, pricing, sales history, and inventory status.  

- Package and ship items using the right materials to ensure safe delivery.  

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to maintain our 5 star rating.

Qualifications:  

- Experience in e-commerce sales, especially on platforms like eBay.  

- Strong understanding of online selling strategies.  

- Excellent communication skills.  

- Proficient in e-commerce tools. 

- Detail-oriented and organized.  

- Ability to work both independently. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

- Experience in selling automotive parts or related products.  

- Basic photography skills for product listings.
